Kodak Retina IB (019)
Developed from the Retina Ib, this model now has a taller top-cover to incorporate the built-in un-coupled exposure meter. The camera shown above is an early model (019/0) from 1957, with the small viewfinder of the Ib. Later cameras, as shown below, have an enlarged viewfinder with a separate adjacent window to illuminate the brightline. A point to note with these cameras, the lens serial number is usually engraved on the lens mount as well as on the lens, they should both match.name | : Kodak Retina IB (019) | produced between | : 1957 - 1960 | lens | : f/2.8 50mm Xenar | shutter | : Synchro-Compur | film type | : 135 | picture size | : 24 x 36 mm | quantity made | : 76,000 | categories | : 35 mm, retina |
