Kodak Retina S1 (060)

Very similar to the Retina S2, but without the exposure meter. Both of these cameras exhibit an unusual feature in that the film wind lever becomes the rewind lever when the control on the left-hand end of the camera is pushed down. A cable release socket is fitted in the underside of the front mounted shutter release. This, and the Retina S2, were some of the the last 35mm cameras to be marketed by Kodak for about 17 years, until the introduction of the 35 AF1, 35 EF etc in Europe, and the VR35 range in the USA, in 1986.
