Kodak Tele-Ektralite 20

The flashgun on this Canadian-made dual-lens camera normally folds flush with the end of the camera, only flipping out when needed. When the lens is changed from it's 'norm' setting of 22mm to the 'tele' setting of 44mm, the brightline viewfinder changes in magnification to suit.
